ProBio's Founder and CEO Paul Winsper shares his go-to recipe for a powerful ProBio smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango
1 inch piece of turmeric - washed/skin on
1 inch piece of ginger - washed/skin on
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1 cup light coconut milk
1/4 walnuts
1 tbsp of flax meal
Juice and zest of half a lemon
1/2 cup of ice cold water (more if necessary)
Sprinkling of black pepper
1 scoop ProBio Original Smoothie Booster
Method:
Put all of the ingredients, except the black pepper, into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more water if too thick. Pour into a glass and sprinkle the black pepper on top.
